The service
RoboSells, operated by Kausar Innovations, provides AI order taking on WhatsApp, an orders dashboard, rider and cash-on-delivery tracking, and customer messaging.
Subscription
The service costs PKR 5,000 per month per business, paid in advance. Prices may change with prior notice.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for your menu, prices, product availability, food or product quality, deliveries and compliance with WhatsApp's Business and Commerce policies.
Acceptable use
You may not use the service to send spam, prohibited products or misleading messages.
Availability
We work to keep the service running at all times but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted, including outages of WhatsApp or Meta services.
Cancellation
You can cancel at any time; the service stays active until the end of the paid month.
