What we collect
From businesses: contact details, business details and menu or product information. From their customers, on the business's behalf: WhatsApp name and number, order details, delivery address and payment method.
How we use it
To take and deliver orders, send order status updates, keep delivery and cash-on-delivery records, provide support, and send offers that the business chooses to send.
Messages are exchanged through the official Meta WhatsApp Cloud API and are also subject to Meta's own terms and privacy policy.
Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with the business the customer ordered from, with service providers needed to run the service, or when required by law.
Retention and your choices
We keep data only as long as needed to provide the service and keep business records. Customers can ask to stop receiving offers or to have their data deleted by messaging the business or us.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
