We set up your menu
Send us your menu or product list with prices. We load it and set your delivery areas and deals.
- Step 3
Connect your WhatsApp number
We connect your existing business number through the official Meta WhatsApp Cloud API. Customers keep using the same number.
- Step 4
Start taking orders
The AI replies to customers, orders flow to your dashboard and kitchen / store / warehouse, riders deliver and cash is tracked.

Customer messages
Customer sends an order on your WhatsApp number, in any language they like.

AI takes the order
RoboSells confirms items and prices, suggests add-ons, and collects name, address and payment method.

Kitchen / store prepares
The order appears on the dashboard as NEW, moves to PREPARING, and the kitchen, store or warehouse team marks it READY.

Rider delivers
You assign a rider. The customer gets an "out for delivery" update automatically.

Cash is tracked
On DELIVERED, the COD amount posts to the rider's ledger. Settle at day end and it goes to zero.

Customer comes back
RoboSells asks for a rating and later sends win-back deals to regulars who stop ordering.
